Organic results are the ones that appear based on the relevancy of a search term.

Organic results always displays pages that are accurately indexed based upon relevancy of keywords and content. These results are in contrast to those results that are displayed based upon payment made to appear on top pages. Among the search engines, Google has been a front runner in displaying organic results more accurately based on relevancy of keywords and contents available online. It is interesting to note that Google totally separates sponsored links from organic results. However, not all search engines follow this methodology in displaying the search results. In fact, few of them mix their results without letting anyone know what each one of them is.
