Information
B2C refers to the activities between businesses and consumers that can exist between both online and offline. However it is largely used in the context of online variety. By the end of 20th century, B2C businesses had also started playing vital role in influencing the growth of commercial internet. During that phase, huge venture capital were made available to consumers in different forms like spurring adoption, discounted shopping and online services. But when the capital markets began feeling the pinch, B2C based companies too suffered a lot and fell apart. There were also few companies tried to change over from B2C to B2B. |
