How long does it take to start Advertising?

Almost instantly. Every campaign created is approved by our staff to insure a quality network. When your campaign is approved, you can bid on any keyword in our inventory. Your ads will start appearing, and you will see how quickly QueryAds starts driving traffic to your site

Do your offer refunds on advertisers' money?

QueryAds do not offer refunds on used money that have been spent on ads. However, any funds in your advertising account can be withdrawn at any time. 

Do I have to use the keywords QueryAds recommends?

The ads you choose for your campaign are completely your choice. QueryAds will make suggestions of keywords that are relevant to your campaign. However, it is ultimately up to you to choose and bid on keywords.

How many keywords do you have available?

The number of keywords available within the system will vary from time to time. However, QueryAds guarantees that you will always have thousands of keywords to search for. In addition, QueryAds offers long tail keywords you can’t find at other PPC Programs.

How often can I add or delete keywords?

You may add keywords as often as you wish. However, as part of an approved campaign, your keywords must be relevant.  One very nice feature of QueryAds is that we will email you when a new relevant keyword appears.

What happens when I am outbid for a keyword?

Each time you are outbid on a keyword, your position will drop. If your position were to drop too much, your ad may not be visible any longer on a publisher’s site.

How will the ads look?

Do I have a say on the text in the ad?

Absolutely. You choose the title, text, and display URL for your ad.  Your ad must be relevant to your website and it must not link to a pornography, Warez or pirating, or gambling sites, including illegal sites.

How will I view the reports and analysis?

Once you have signed up for service, you will see a list of all the keywords available and the statistics for each keyword. As an advertiser or publisher, you can log into your account at anytime to see where you stand. Simply select MY ACCOUNT to see how much money you have or how much money you have earned.

How long will my ad appear?

Each time a visitor enters a publisher site by using the keyword you bid on, your ad will appear. However, it will depend on the ad codes the publisher is using. You must have one of the top eight bids for that keyword and you must have funds available.

Will our ads show up on poor quality websites?

No, every website publisher in our network is manually approve and must meet high guidelines. You won’t have to worry about your ads on a site that is substandard or does not regularly update their content. In addition, we never use sites that display pornography, strictly adult material, pirating, or gambling sites.

Can I use QueryAds' ads along with other ad networks?

Yes, but we recommend you also adhere to the other networks guidelines as well. Our system has an alternative section that lets your put other ad networks in there, risking the use of showing same or similar looking networks at the same time. This way you never have the same ad showing up on your webpage from two different PPC campaigns.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Paypal, but we will be accepting Moneybookers and checks soon. With a Paypal account, you may pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Can I use one account for Advertisers and Publishers?

No. At this time, we require separate accounts for Advertisers and Publishers.

Can I transfer money between my publisher account and my advertising account?

You may withdraw funds from your publisher account and add this money to your advertising account. At this time, you may not directly transfer money between accounts.
